I mentioned it took something like 7 days to begin seeing results and this seems to be standard for others that have tried it.
Obviously, results will vary based on individuals. It's next to impossible to lay claim to precise result that will fit anyone no matter who they are or how bad they have Acne. It comes down to the individual case, however, when I began to see results, I no longer cared about time - 3 days, 7, 10 - it all of a sudden seemed worth it.
When you begin to see results and you realize you did it through self-discipline by following a regimen that was actually healthy, you couldn't care less about 3 day claims.
My skin began to feel less oily, I managed to lose a few pounds, as I said, and there is no substitute for visible results!
Is this a miracle cure? Well, you'll have to be the judge of that. I would say it is definitely worth trying and there are plenty of testimonials to support that. The money you save and the fact that it is an overall healthy approach should be added incentives. They were for me.
One thing to remember though, once you detox and start to look and feel better, it would be a mistake to suddenly return to former habits of eating junk food that has been highly processed and loaded with trans fats. This can be a hidden benefit to this system: it will get you started in a healthy direction!
